Flax/Hemp Crackers
Ingredients
• a pound of flax seeds
• a pound of shelled hemp seeds
• sesame seeds
• pine nuts
• honey
• salt
Procedure
Soak flax seeds for three days with just enough water to float on top and let mostly all of it gel up. Split into 2 batches for the dehydrator.
First batch mix in equal part of shelled hemp seeds and 2T of honey and pinches of salt.
Second batch mix with 1.5 times flax volume of a mixture made up of shelled hemp seeds, sesame seeds and pine nuts, soaked for less than 2 days.
Bake at 85-90 degrees for less than a day.
