This intensive Clinical Hypnotherapy Pracititoners Course will give you a thorough understanding of the concept of applied hypnosis, and how to use it safely and effectively in a therapeutic setting.
Clinical Hypnotherapy refers to the use of hypnosis, a naturally occurring state of inward mental focus, in a practical approach, not only to phobias and anxiety, but also habitual behaviours, pain management, self-confidence and esteem, and the enhancement of creativity and learning.
It is extremely important that any hypnotherapy course that one may consider firstly provides ample practical training in client handling and appropriate hypno-analytic techniques; and secondly, guarantees successful students the opportunity to join a major and respected professional association on completion of their studies; and perhaps most important of all, peer support throughout their career.
With the regulation of the Hypnotherapy profession inevitable, and indeed welcome, it is of the utmost importance that hypnotherapists do not find themselves unable to practice as a result of any proposed future legislative changes, merely due to the fact that their training providers were not registered members of a professional body. You only have to look at some of the training available to see that unfortunately this is the case.”
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Clinical Hypnotherapy will be of particular interest to those in the ‘caring professions’, as well as anyone with an interest in the field of Personal Development.
Academic qualifications are of secondary importance, so the course is open to those with a genuine interest in hypnotherapy, even though they may not have accredited prior learning. Life experience and common sense are undoubtedly the most important personal qualities.
It is vitally important however, that prospective course delegates should have the ability to be able to grasp a concept, and personalise the content and application of various techniques from scripts provided on the course CD Rom.
The work is predominately vocal and mental by nature, and does not necessarily exclude those with physical impediment
