It was the best thing I ever did as I found out that I have intolerance to yeast and also tomatoes and onions. I am taking herbal drops every day in water which is no problem at all and hopefully the yeast infection will be cleared soon. I am six months into the programme and can now eat tomatoes and onions again and feel so much better. I have lost almost 2 stone in weight and people have commented that I’m looking great which is an added bonus.
